Regular cleaning
Because of the nature of the TPE material, the doll’s skin becomes sticky after a period of time, and the TPE physical doll can also absorb oil from our daily touch.
Both TPE and silicone materials can be washed with warm water and antibacterial soap, preferably by taking a bath or shower every 30 days or so. Here are a few things to watch out for:
1. Make sure that water does not enter the body from the neck and wet the stainless steel skeleton during cleaning. Once inside the doll, it is difficult to dry completely. It can also cause bacteria to grow inside the doll and, in severe cases, corrode its internal bones, leading to damage.
2. Do not immerse the doll’s head and neck directly in the water. Instead of over-cleaning the doll’s head, gently wipe the face, neck and head with a damp, semi-wet cloth. If it cannot be removed, use a small amount of non-corrosive detergent.
3. Do not use a hair dryer or other heat source to dry the doll. After cleaning with water, wipe with a clean towel, and then remove the remaining water stains by air drying or blowing gently with cold air.
4. After washing, coat your doll with talcum powder. This will help make your doll feel softer and will keep it longer without getting sticky.
Wig clean
When you need to clean your doll’s hair, remove the wig and wash it with a mild shampoo and conditioner. During the cleaning process, patience and care are required to prevent tangles or tangles in the physical doll’s hair.
After washing, it is recommended to put the wig in a well-ventilated area to dry naturally, and then comb it slowly from top to bottom.
Storage instructions
1.TPE is a soft material, so when you do not use the doll, please make sure that the doll is placed in an independent space, to ensure that the doll is not squeezed by external forces, prolonged exposure to pressure may cause the doll’s body deformation, which may be irrecoverable, or even tear risk.
2. Stay away from sharp objects. Tpes are very soft, and sharp objects can easily damage them and cut their skin.
3. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent aging of TPE materials. This not only reduces the life span of the doll, but also the quality of the doll. When not in use, it is best to keep it in a cool place with no strong smell. Also, keep it dry and away from moisture to prevent bacteria from growing.
4. Ensure the quality of the doll’s clothes. TPE is a porous material, darker colors or patterns may cause your doll to stain. Therefore, the basic premise of making the doll attractive is to ensure that the clothing is of high quality and will not fade. In addition, do not use newspapers, paper bags and other ink printed items to wrap the doll, it is recommended to use bubble film and other materials.
